BTS could have taken the “easier” route by doing something expected, like an “upbeat dance song with choreography” that they’re known for, but that wasn’t their goal this time. Instead, they decided to do a more meaningful song with hidden messages that only ARMYs would truly understand. They’ve won so many awards & achieved so many amazing things as a group already, and I’m glad that they’re finally choosing to do something for themselves now and taking the time to explore individual endeavours that they’re interested in. They deserve the freedom & happiness that they’re all feeling now, and I’m looking forward to the best moment that’s yet to come still 😌 Let’s believe in them!

What a beautiful comment. I saw many not enjoying this song as much as they are enjoying Run BTS. Indeed that song is a whole bop but I feel like "Yet To Come" is the perfect song to have as a title track for their anthology. It's a song that true ARMYS can feel. All those scenes of their past MVs r really nostalgic.

well, it's arguably not necessary to try to have more accessibility (if that is what they were doing prior with a few songs, don't know which you are referring to), anymore, so it's not particularly harder to have something "better". I think this is closer to what we have heard from them through most of their discography. Not to say they didn't work hard. ALso, the song itself doesn't have hidden messages in that it's on the face of the lyrics. However the MV of course has a lot of references to earlier songs that someone who didn't know wouldn't know, but I think the desert setting with seemingly random objects lends itself to thinking that it is sort of a memory bank, psychological space. hm, i think if you meant this song has a different purpose yes I agree, but I think it also is very relatable and universal feeling to reflect on the past and to be hopeful for entering the future. it's something most everyone has to go through, and could be just an honest reflection, rather than specifically for army. it does apply to army too, and BTS do think about their fans and audience a lot.

Do you not know the reference? And my comment is in regard to how in the video Jin was worrying about not looking handsome for us if he frowned from the sand blowing in his face. So, as beautiful as JK also is and as much as I also wish him only happiness, repeating my comment back with JK instead of Jin just doesn't really make sense.
